A process server delivers or “serves” legal documents to a defendant or person involved in a court case. The documents may be a court summons, a complaint, a subpoena, writ or any other type of court document.
We conduct background investigations, social media investigations, locate/missing person investigations, pre-employment and rental/leasing background checks, child support investigations, surveillance, and much more. Sometimes we work for attorneys, assisting with litigation processes and serving individuals with civil processes. Businesses suspecting various forms of theft, fraud, misconduct, etc. hire private investigators to find the source of the problem.
We would love to provide general estimates; however, the cost of the investigation depends on the requirement of the assignment. The fee will be determined mostly by the amount of time spent on your case. Our rates are reasonable and on par for our industry. Contact us to schedule a free phone consultation to discuss the details of your case.
Yes. We handle all different aspects of child custody disputes; from proving that someone is actually working (or has an income), to proving that a parent is exposing a child to a potentially harmful or dangerous situation. This could include situations where alcohol, drugs or physical, mental and/or emotional abuse are involved or even neglect.
Although PIs have access to information the general public can not obtain, they must obey the same basic laws as ordinary citizens. Three big things they can't do:
Pose as law enforcement officers
Wire tapping
Obtain cell phone records via pretexting
We accept cash and check payments, as well as online and electronic payments.
